Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily hotel operations to ensure efficient service in line with Marriott standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Oversee front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, and guest accounts.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to maintain high standards of service.
• Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and daily operational coverage.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
• Assist with resolving operational issues and escalated guest concerns.
• Balance cash, credit card transactions, shift reports, and other financial records.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and operational documentation.
