Job summary

Virgin Hotels is seeking a Finance Applications Systems Analyst in Miami, FL, to analyze, design, document, and support back-of-house business systems across the Virgin Hotels Collection. The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution research, system configuration/testing, and ongoing integration support for Finance, HR, and Legal functions.

The candidate will manage system configurations, documentation, test planning, and deployment readiness while collaborating with IT Applications,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technology experience including application support, business analysis and project management.
• Experience with financial and HR systems in hospitality IT environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for assigned BOH systems, providing advanced end-user support and analysis for incidents.
• Collaborate to gather business requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure designs support workflows.
• Translate business needs into system specifications, process maps, and use cases for tech teams.
• Develop and execute test cases; support UAT with business users and validate delivered solutions.
• Monitor application health, performance, and data validation across systems; identify optimizations.
• Support change/release processes, coordinating testing and deployment readiness.
• Manage BOH applications integration with internal and external systems for seamless data flow.
• Participate in cross-functional BOH projects including upgrades and transformations.
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
