Highgate Hotels in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development. The role requires leading operations, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining Highgate standards across departments.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, training, and performance appraisals, ensuring compliance with SOPs while fostering a positive, guest-focused team environment.

Competenze

• 5-6 years progressive experience in a hotel.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both employees and guests.

Mansioni

• Play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts, including calling on top accounts and meeting clients.
• Tour operating departments daily and adjust as needed with department heads.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions per Highgate Hotel standards.
• Meet all financial review dates and corporate programs in a timely fashion.
• Oversee budget processes and ensure adherence to Highgate SOPs.
• Forecast monthly the hotel's financial position by estimating revenues and expenses.
• Participate in management interviews and hiring procedures.
• Supervise and develop managers for future advancement.
