Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Hotel Manager responsible for driving profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead a team across departments, develop staff, and ensure adherence to Highgate SOPs while guiding daily operations and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management to maintain service excellence at Le Meridien NYC Park

Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hotel sales efforts, including meeting clients and hosting events.
• Direct daily operations across departments to ensure smooth staffing and performance.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training sessions; review sales and operations results.
• Oversee budget, forecast, and financial review processes with department heads.
