Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa seeks a senior operations leader to direct Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering and Security, ensuring Forbes Four-Star service and exceptional guest experiences.

The role drives profitability through labor and cost control, partners with sales on occupancy and group/business revenue, and leads a modern, technology-forward team in a luxury oceanfront setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hotel management experience at department head level or above.
• Experience in a large, multi-outlet luxury resort or hotel with significant group and event business.
• Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience and resolve issues across all departments with measurable action plans.
• Lead the resort's Forbes Travel Guide readiness and ensure brand standards are met.
• Pre-opening planning, ramp-up, and ongoing operating standards with department heads.
• Manage large-scale operations, scheduling, and vendor contracts to maximize revenue and control costs.
