Responsibilities

• Adhere to all hotel rules, procedures and policies and supervise departments to maintain standards.
• Varied work hours required, including weekends and holidays.
• Train, mentor, motivate, and empower employees to improve morale and performance.
• Assist the General Manager in resolving guest complaints.
• Provide regular performance feedback through appraisals and informal methods.
• Develop strategies to improve business and team performance.
