Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager for our Holiday Inn Express in Georgetown, Kentucky. You will keep the hotel running smoothly, ensure guest safety and comfort, and drive brand standards while maximizing financial performance.

Lead a team, plan staffing, coach colleagues, and coordinate across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a strong community presence. A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration and at least three years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration.
• Three years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Previous experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage everyday activities, plan and assign work ensuring staffing levels.
• Develop your team and improve performance through coaching and feedback.
• Train colleagues to meet standards and uphold compliance.
• Drive a great working environment and promote teamwork across shifts.
