Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking an energetic Front Office Manager for our Holiday Inn Express Lexington-North Georgetown location in Georgetown, KY. This hands-on role will supervise daily front desk operations, guest service standards, and help drive smooth workflows in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, mentor staff, manage guest satisfaction, and support budget controls while ensuring IHG QA compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel guest service/operations experience.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business Administration recommended.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Leadership: Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast teams.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members.
• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively resolve guest feedback and maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Operational & Financial Support: Assist GM with labor budget management and inventory control.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to IHG QA standards, safety protocols, and audits.
