Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Three to five years of management experience in hotel or hospitality industry.
• Ability to perform essential duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage all hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and policy compliance.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to meet the hotel's plan.
• Ensure guest service satisfaction through evaluations and complaint investigations.
• Develop the executive team for performance and career progression.
• Create an operating environment that keeps employees and guests satisfied.
• Oversee hotel profitability and revenue targets.
• Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities.
• Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, interview and train hotel staff; conduct annual evaluations.
