Hilton Garden Inn Falls Church is seeking a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to oversee Front Office and Food & Beverage operations. You will work with the General Manager and hotel leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes staff development, brand standards, and cost control while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, guest service, and problem solving.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), scheduling, staffing, and cost-control practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, guest requests, and service recovery.
• Manage daily Food & Beverage activities, ensuring food quality, service consistency, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain staffing levels and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
