Hilton Garden Inn Falls Church is seeking a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to oversee Front Office and F&B operations. You will drive guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and lead a team to deliver efficient daily operations.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and hotel leadership to meet financial and service goals, manage staffing, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Formación

• Experience in hotel operations, front office, or F&B leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, guest service, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS, scheduling, staffing, and cost-control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative leadership with teamwork and employee development.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily front desk operations: check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, guest requests, service recovery.
• Manage daily F&B activities: quality, service, cleanliness, health and safety standards.
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, operating expenses, and departmental performance.
• Monitor guest feedback; address concerns and implement improvements.
• Partner with General Manager and department leads to maintain service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, safety, and regulations.
