Hilton Garden Inn Lynchburg VA is seeking a seasoned supervisor to direct the day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. You will oversee personnel, budgets, and financial controls in line with brand standards, while upholding the property's mission and culture.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience and 3+ years in the hotel industry, with preferred accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience supervising at least eight associates.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least three years experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
• Experience in accounting is preferred.
• Must display professionalism and have honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers while maximizing room revenues.
• Ensure compliance with company and brand standards and maintain budget performance and financial controls.
• Maintain awareness of the mission, values and culture at all times.
