Brandt Hospitality Group in Appleton, WI seeks a General Manager to lead hotel operations, train staff, drive guest satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability. You will oversee housekeeping, front desk, F&B, sales and engineering, developing strategic plans and budgets while fostering a positive culture across all departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining service quality, ensuring departmental profitability, and coordinating capital projects to protect asset value and uphold brand

Qualifications

• Possess knowledge of hospitality industry and business management fields.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office; knowledge of brand operating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of revenue management and forecasting for short- and long-term planning.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and financial metrics.
• Lead housekeeping, front desk, F&B, sales and engineering to maximize financial performance and culture.
• Ensure departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships.
• Delegate authority, supervise employees and ensure staff training, including safety SOPs.
• Produce monthly financial reports and monitor performance against budget.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to meet profitability objectives.
• Manage hotel inventories, purchasing and capital projects to protect asset value.
• Support and participate in sales efforts with the Sales Manager and staff meetings.
