Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and guest services.
• Lead and motivate department leaders and associates to achieve goals, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, labor, and expense control.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing a talented and engaged team.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the hotel.
