Job summary

RiseMe in Redmond seeks a seasoned hotel leader to oversee overall management and operation, driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction. You will lead staff to achieve financial results, exceptional service, and strong employee relations.

You will partner with Sales on negotiated accounts and groups, manage expenses and training, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive hotel management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple hotel and corporate priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication across levels and departments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel management and operations to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
