Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive hotel management experience.
• Must be able to manage multiple hotel and corporate priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels within and outside the organization and have the ability to effectively problem solve with all.
• Must possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and operation of the hotel.
• Lead staff to achieve revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and employee relations.
• Manage labor and scheduling to meet budget and forecasted goals.
• Collaborate with sales to meet negotiated accounts and group needs.
• Lead daily team meetings and safety committee discussions.
