Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, lead staff by example, and uphold company culture and values. You will drive guest satisfaction and performance.

Monitor operations, control costs, and manage revenue; review reports; analyze market trends; ensure compliance with laws and safety; maintain facilities. This role offers flexible schedules and competitive pay with discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
• Must have a minimum of five years varied management experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluently speak, read and understand English; familiarity with OSHA and relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the full range of operations and financial performance of the hotel while providing operational guidance to leaders and team members.
• Ensure the financial success of the hotel by managing expenses, controlling labor costs, and taking responsibility for revenue management.
• Confer with administrative personnel to review activity, operating and sales reports to determine changes in programs and/or operations.
• Seek out information on market trends, segment behavior, and data to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the pack.
• Develop and supervise programs that promote a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Assure regular repair, upkeep, and general maintenance of the hotel and ongoing facilities maintenance.
• Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are fully implemented across departments, including safety and emergency guidelines.
