Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking an experienced property leader to support all aspects of hotel operations, guest and employee satisfaction, and financial performance. You will assist the General Manager in developing and implementing property-wide strategies while ensuring brand service standards are met.

This role focuses on leading teams, maintaining brand standards, supervising departments, and driving revenue through guest relationships and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years experience in guest services or related area with management exposure.
• Option 2: 2-year degree with 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify brand standards are maintained across all property areas.
• Manage operations of all property departments.
• Provide a safe working environment and OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Review financial statements and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Assist/lead in business development and guest satisfaction initiatives.
