Job summary

JSK Hospitality LLC in Indiana is seeking a hands-on General Manager to support the GM at a select-service/extended-stay property and to uphold Courtyard by Marriott standards. You will lead the team, drive guest satisfaction, and protect financial performance while preparing to advance into a GM role within JSK.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hotel leadership, strong operations and P&L awareness, and a proven ability to develop teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hotel leadership experience (supervisor, department head, or AGM).
• Strong operations, guest service, and financial knowledge.
• Proven team leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with day-to-day operations.
• Lead and coach department heads and front-line associates.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
• Support financial performance via revenue management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and company policy compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Handle escalated guest issues.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Act as GM when needed.
