The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance financial targets with service excellence in a 24/7 hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
• Provide hands-on support to teams when needed
• Prepare daily and month-end operational reports
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and banking deposits
• Coordinate with home office on accounts payable/receivable and payroll
