Job summary

Hyatt Place Nashville/Brentwood seeks a motivated Operations Leader to supervise hotel departments in the General Manager's absence and drive profitability through guest satisfaction and cost control.

The role requires extensive Rooms or F&B experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with Windows OS. You will mentor teams, participate in sales efforts, and ensure SOP compliance to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in a Rooms or F&B department hotel.
• 4-year college degree with 2–3 years experience in Rooms or F&B.
• 2-year college degree with 3–4 years experience in Rooms or F&B.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must be proficient in Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Food Production, Engineering, Accounting, Sales and Housekeeping in the General Manager's absence.
• Develop staff through training programs and regular one-on-ones with department heads.
• Assist in revenue generation programs and sales efforts.
• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs and corporate training.
