Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to guide hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, and policy compliance. You will drive sales initiatives, respond to guest inquiries, and uphold Vision’s ONE TEAM, ONE VISION culture across the property.

You will also oversee training, cash handling, and reporting, while ensuring safety and service excellence for guests and associates in a dynamic, 24/7 hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to protect confidential business information.
• Experience in safety and security of guests and assets.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, and policy compliance.
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives and guest relations.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet goals and brand standards.
• Prepare reports and ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures.
• Coordinate payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end stats.
