Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Hotel Operations Supervisor to assist with supervision, direction and training of Front Desk, Concierge, VIP Check-In and Bell Services staff.

You will manage staffing, guest concerns, reports, room blocks for corporate and convention groups, and ensure WOW standards in guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of hotel front office experience in a high volume casino/hotel environment or four or five star luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Front Desk, Concierge, VIP Check-In and Bell Services staff.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure daily reports and revenue-related documents are current.
• Oversee block checks, deposits and accessible rooms for corporate and convention groups.
• Monitor WOW customer service standards via surveys and metrics.
