Qualifications

• At least 6 months of housekeeping or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clean Dream Team – support Executive Housekeeper and manage housekeeping and laundry operations when away.
• Coach & Train – interview, train, and support Housekeepers and Laundry Team Members.
• Set the Standard – hold team members to core values and performance expectations.
• Room Readiness Pro – assign daily room boards and tasks while tracking checkouts.
• Quality Champion – inspect rooms to ensure brand standards.
• Fix It Fast – guide team members to correct issues promptly.
• Jump In When Needed – assist with cleaning and public areas during busy times.
• Behind-the-Scenes Organizer – ensure storage rooms are stocked and deliveries stored.
• Communication Hub – work with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management.
• Lost & Found Legend – log and store items properly in software.
• Schedule Support – ensure shifts are covered, including weekends and holidays.
• Team Morale Booster – maintain a positive work environment.
