Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations and overall property performance.
• Act as General Manager delegate and lead in GM's absence.
• Drive profitability, efficiency, and service excellence to boost guest and team satisfaction.
• Partner with commercial and finance leadership to maximize sales and financial control.
• Implement daily quality assurance aligned with brand standards.
• Communicate with hotel owners and corporate leadership on strategy.
