Responsibilities

• Direct safety, functionality and compliance of hotel facilities, including HVAC, life-safety, and grounds.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, energy programs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Lead capital projects and property improvements, including scheduling, budgeting, bidding, and permitting.
• Direct daily operations: guest service, product quality, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and standards.
• Build a high-performing team through performance management and development.
