Job summary

Hilton Santa Barbara is seeking a Director of Front Office to provide strategic leadership for the hotel’s front desk operations and guest experience. You’ll champion service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll drive revenue through targeted marketing, up-selling, and occupancy initiatives, coordinate with corporate marketing, and mentor a high‑performing front office team through training and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office functions: guest service, registration, room inventory, and policies.
