Qualifications

• Basic computer operating skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: greet guests entering the spa/salon and help with check-in/registration.
• Support guest scheduling: answer phones/emails, manage reservations, respond to inquiries, relay information to team members.
• Provide administrative support: data entry, filing, mail, notes, correspondence, and assisting spa managers with admin tasks.
