Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software or PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff including Housekeepers and Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety protocols while performing daily tasks.
• Schedule shifts to ensure coverage and accommodate peak periods and guest requests.
• Conduct room inspections and coordinate cleaning schedules and turnovers.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues related to cleanliness with other hotel departments.
