You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate with Sales, train front desk personnel, and uphold brand expectations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Leadership experience managing teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem solving.
• Experience with hotel operations and revenue management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest needs promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet negotiated accounts and group needs; conduct property tours.
• Effectively manage labor and expenses to maximize profitability within budget.
• Interview, hire, coach, and develop staff; conduct annual reviews and address performance issues.
• Oversee HR tasks in the system, approve timesheets and handle staff changes.
