Qualifications

• Two years of progressive hotel operations experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities are expected.
• Experience leading teams and coaching associates is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations with the General Manager.
• Lead front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance coordination.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach associates.
• Manage staffing and labor costs while maintaining service quality.
• Address guest concerns promptly and drive guest satisfaction improvements.
• Support sales efforts by communicating opportunities to the sales team.
• Ensure safety, security, and adherence to brand standards.
