Job summary

The TownePlace Suites Fort Mill Hotel is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee breakfast, front desk, housekeeping, and engineering while driving revenue, controlling costs, and maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, budgeting, and training skills, with a proven track record in hospitality management. The role offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintain standards of quality guest service.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the guest services department.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the guest service department.
• Facilitate department meetings to ensure 100% communication across all hotel departments.
• Recruit, interview, reference, and hire candidates for open positions.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for entire hotel operations including guest satisfaction, breakfast, front desk, housekeeping and engineering.
• Review the reservation function to maintain high occupancy and ADR via upselling by associates.
• Establish cost-control procedures and monitor monthly spending against the checkbook.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
