Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years related hospitality management experience.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, associates and others.
• Ability to organize multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and supervisors during AGMs shift and assist with training, service issues and staffing.
• Assist Front Office Supervisor with training and staffing needs; monitor service quality.
• Approve purchase orders in General Manager's absence and assist with P&L and credit card reconciliation.
• Walk the hotel to check lobby, meeting rooms, restrooms and public areas for cleanliness; report to GM.
• Address property and employee inquiries promptly and coordinate with GM to resolve issues.
• Attend required Marriott classes and ensure staff comply with brand standards.
