Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, oversee daily staff duties, and contribute to budget management and guest satisfaction.

This position offers a clear path to future leadership roles within HVMG, including advancement to General Manager and other high-level management positions across our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• A college degree or at least 2 years of hotel experience
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Be the vital support for the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily departments, assist with budget management, and resolve guest issues.
• Report to the General Manager.
• Career progression into roles such as General Manager or operations leadership within the hospitality industry.

Education & Experience
