The AGM will oversee front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest service, security, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and strong revenue growth.

The role requires leadership to coach department heads, manage budgets, implement cost controls, and partner with Sales/Operations to raise ADR and occupancy while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality background preferred.
• Strong budget, cost controls, and financial statement knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities across front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest service, security, and maintenance.
• Maximize ADR and occupancy levels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align strategies and optimize performance.
• Motivate, coach, and train department leaders to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Understand financial statements and budgets; manage staffing guidelines and cost controls.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of keys and emergency procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and support hotel operations meetings.
