Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to maximize hotel operations, guest and employee satisfaction, and financial performance. You will oversee service excellence while driving revenue and ROI for ownership, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include directing front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance; optimizing ADR and occupancy; and leading staff through coaching and policy

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of budget management, cost controls, and financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor in all guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities across front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest service, security and maintenance.
• Maximize ADR and occupancy levels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize performance.
• Coach and train department leaders to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Review financial statements and budgets; manage staffing guidelines and cost controls.
