Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to maximize hotel operations and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance. The AGM will oversee multiple departments, model courteous service, and coordinate with Sales and Operations to optimize performance.

The role requires leadership to mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience applying budget controls and financial analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities across front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest service, security, and maintenance.
• Maximize ADR and occupancy through revenue and operations initiatives.
• Coach and train department leaders to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Understand and monitor budgets, staffing, and cost controls.
