Job summary

Sherman Associates is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support all hotel operations and drive guest and staff satisfaction. You will assist the General Manager in leading the team, ensuring brand standards, and maximizing profitability.

Key responsibilities include managing the property's operation and financial performance, supervising staff, and coordinating labor, scheduling, and training. The role requires strong communication and a commitment to guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Business.
• Significant management and customer service experience.
• Front office, yield management and housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with operational and financial management.
• Lead staff and manage labor through scheduling and payroll monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs; resolve employee matters.
