Key duties include directing daily operations, developing strategic plans, and maintaining strong cost controls to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. Flexible to work nights and weekends as required.

• Experience leading hotel operations and supervising staff.
• Proven ability to manage profitability, RevPAR, and EBITDA.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rooms, Food & Beverage and Engineering teams to maximize financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Direct hotel operations to achieve profitability while protecting assets and maintaining building.
• Develop and monitor annual business and marketing plans; participate in marketing efforts.
• Measure marketing and yield performance to diversify revenues and market segments.
• Train and motivate staff to meet company standards of quality and service.
• Set quarterly departmental goals and monitor progress toward them.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
