Job summary

The Glenmark Hotel, A Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel in Glendale, CA, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations and guest service. The role oversees Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering with a hands-on, tech-savvy leadership style.

You will drive profitability, optimize RevPAR and EBITDA, partner with ownership, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while developing a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years hotel management experience.
• Two years in a similar capacity preferred.
• Experience with a major hotel brand (Marriott) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations across Rooms, F&B and Engineering to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Direct the maximization of room revenue through market analysis, annual plans, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee signature outlets Olia Restaurant and Mya Rooftop Bar & Lounge and collaborate with ownership.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
