Qualifications

• Lead hotel operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee RevPAR and EBITDA with emphasis on outlets and marketing plans.
• Experience with a major hotel brand and strong F&B expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rooms, F&B, and Engineering to maximize financial performance while maintaining quality standards.
• Direct hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset protection.
• Direct revenue management and marketing plans to maximize market share and revenue diversity.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance management to meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal policies.
