Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead HR activities including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor payroll costs and expenses against budgets and forecasts; drive cost controls.
