Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle to lead daily hotel operations and guest service excellence. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and accountability, with a focus on delivering memorable experiences across departments.

You will collaborate with senior management to drive revenue, maintain brand standards, and nurture a culture of service and growth within our hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends.
• Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics.
• Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s unique culture.
• Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability.
• Build a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.
• Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations.
• Lead by example to create a workplace where team members feel appreciated and inspired.
• Monitor and optimize property performance metrics, including labor and expense controls.
• Support strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Recruit, hire, and train top talent with a focus on culture fit and growth potential.
