Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Caldwell dual-branded Marriott property. You will help lead daily operations across housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand alignment.

The role focuses on team development, collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, drive revenue and profitability, and foster a culture of integrity and teamwork,

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and guest service.
• Ability to coach and hold teams accountable while driving results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
• Partner with GM to set goals and communicate expectations.
• Monitor labor and expense metrics and drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and train talent aligned with culture and growth.
• Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing.
• Conduct regular department meetings and develop staff through recognition and coaching.
• Be visible to guests and lead by example to ensure memorable experiences.
