Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle to lead daily hotel operations and guest service excellence. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and accountability, with a focus on delivering memorable experiences across departments.

You will collaborate with senior management to drive revenue, maintain brand standards, and nurture a culture of service and growth within our hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s unique culture.

• Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations.

Your Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll support the General Manager in driving results, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. • Work unit producing shifts based on business needs

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Experience with brand systems preferred

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
