Job summary

Myer Hospitality in Branson, Missouri, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily hotel operations and lead a hands-on team. You will collaborate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Myer Hospitality standards.

The role requires leadership, integrity, and the ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff, while ensuring service quality across front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting, training, and motivating staff.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS (preferred).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: high school diploma; Associate's degree in Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and team performance.
• Lead to ensure exceptional guest service across departments.
• Supervise front desk, gift shop, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond professionally.
• Support budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and inventory.
• Maintain brand standards and uphold Myer Hospitality values.
• Step in as acting manager in GM’s absence.
