Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Branson, MO to ensure resort units and grounds are well maintained and safe. You’ll support the Maintenance Manager, coordinate repairs, and lead with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems, requires HVAC certification, proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook, and a track record of dependable, flexible work during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• HVAC certification held or in place.
• CPO certification desirable.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling operations of the building and grounds maintenance.
• Communicate with front desk and housekeeping on various issues.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of maintenance both in-house and by contractors.
• Ensure compliance of preventative maintenance procedures within units and building systems.
• Assist other maintenance technicians as requested.
