The Hilton Garden Inn Highlands Ranch in Colorado is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily front desk operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

You will train and develop team members, oversee check-ins/outs, reservations, and billing accuracy, manage cash handling, and collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and leadership to uphold brand standards.

• Previous hotel front office leadership experience required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Experience with Hilton brand standards and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily front office operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Train, coach, and develop front desk and guest service team members.

• Resolve escalated guest concerns and service issues professionally.
• Monitor cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
• Communicate with housekeeping, engineering, and leadership.
