Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping and Engineering operations, ensuring quality service and a clean, safe environment for guests. The role includes managing expenses and supporting front-of-house operations as needed.

The position involves responding to guest requests and complaints, maximizing occupancy, staff scheduling, recruiting, and overseeing the front office system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, complaints, and accidents at the Front Desk or via reservations, cards, letters, or calls with attentiveness and courtesy.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily and monitoring variances and credit card reports.
• Prepare team member schedules according to business forecast and payroll budget guidelines.
• Demonstrate interviewing skills and ability to recruit team members.
• Operate all aspects of the front office system, including software maintenance, reporting, and simple programming.
• Be knowledgeable about the accident prevention program and communicate safety issues through department meetings.
• Investigate, report, and follow up on employee and guest accidents.
