Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee front desk, housekeeping and engineering operations. You will ensure quality service and a clean, safe environment for guests while managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

You will also support front-of-house operations as needed. The role requires effective leadership, staff scheduling, guest issue resolution, and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front desk, housekeeping and engineering in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze operations metrics and improve service levels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, complaints and incidents promptly and courteously.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily status reviews and variance analysis.
• Prepare schedules aligned with forecast, payroll budgets and productivity needs.
• Interview and recruit team members as needed.
• Operate front office systems, generate reports and perform basic programming tasks.
• Promote safety through the accident prevention program and department meetings.
• Investigate and follow up on employee and guest incidents.
